The first step to better understanding your brand and where you are going is to have an internal assessment of where you are now. This involves identifying your business goals, looking at attributes of your brand and internal strengths, creating a user persona and journey based on research data.
I will create a visual representation and roadmap which will include getting to know your brand, a client persona, mood-board a user journey and more, as well as insights and suggestions on how to move forward.
